We had a horrible sewer block and they came in less then 40 min. We were very happy with the result and his working ethics. He left everything very clean and in working condition.

I've been using Aladdin for the past 7 years. I own a brownstone in Ft. Greene, BKLYN. These guys are top notch. Always professional and they do it right. They're punctual and have a good understanding of historical brownstones/houses. They are my go to plumbers. Also, they are very accountable for their work. Very detailed oriented and are always helpful in making cost effective suggestions.

I called them to fix a leaky shower. First, the guy asked me all sorts of pointless questions (probably to gauge how much BS he could tell me) and then refused to give me an estimate (he shouted "ARE YOU SERIOUS????" when I asked for one). When I called the office to complain, they said that's the way they do business. So long, Aladdin. I am not calling you again

Second floor bedroom ceiling was leaking. They came day after I called them and took pictures. I paid $81.66 for an estimate that never came. It's been almost a month. Suffice it to say, I found someone else.
