Called on a Friday at 4:30 as Air Conditioning went out.  Were not friendly was told someone would call in a half hour and it would cost $95 to come out.  If they did some service the $95 would be waived and you pay for repair. I made it home within 15-20 minutes and hit some reset buttons and the ac unit started to work.  within ten minutes it went out again.  I called back and it was  now a...

I FILED MY REPORT TODAY AND THIS IS THERE WAY OF GETTING OUT OF THE FACT THEY RIPPED OFF THIS WOMAN TOO.

We first contacted this company when our ac broke, they came out and fixed that problem then talked us into a service contract which we paid for up front.

We do not know who this customer is we have thousands of service calls a year and without knowing the situation we can not remedy it.
