I wish there was a zero star option. This company took over managing my apartment complex around a year ago and I have only managed to speak to someone there twice. Once when another apartment adjacent to mine was having a plumbing problem, and another time because my rent was late (of course they didn't call until 19 days after the due date, and only to threaten eviction). I wish iclark and cindyb would stop posting bogus reviews on citysearch and start doing their jobs. No wonder they never answer the phone. Seriously, they have messed up in almost every way I can think of. How many excuses have I heard why they haven't repaired the list of problems that THEY ASKED FOR. They try to charge 3 time the late fee that is in my lease. They haven't done any maintenance on the outside that I can see except changing a few light bulbs even though the place is literally falling apart. I would say this company just barely rates above slumlords. Two day turnaround on...
