This man is to be trusted. One of several in the city (hence the number), this outpost's got the coziest vibe, with feng shui feel and quiet clientele, nary a BlackBerry in sight.

Small and lightly-adorned, this is an easy Afghan sit with plenty of steaks, seafood dishes and chicken set at prices under $20, plus kebabs and a basic buffet.
