Lets see, you drove your car to Advance to buy parts. You pulled in and parked. You went in the store, bought your parts, and got back in your car to leave. You backed up and ripped your bumper off. (Maybe the bumper fairy took it loose first?)

When you drove over the curb didn't you hear it? I do not see how tearing your bumper off of your car would cause you to miss 3 weeks of work. Please explain.
Are you telling us that you drive a $34,000 Audi and do not have full coverage with loss of use coverage?

The block stayed in the same place the whole time. It didn't move under your car, your car moved over it because you were driving. If you had really misjudged your parking job and crashed into the wall of the store(*), would you still blame Advance for damaging your car by putting a wall there?
