Service Department disappointing

Had very disappointing experience on December 13, 2013. Service has deteriorated since I last used the service department, which now appears totally disorganized and not very competent.

Bought a 2010 Acura TL great car. Randy Martinez the salesman took great care of me from when I walked in to when the purchase was completed he did a great job and when things were not looking too good he told me don't worry about it he would do his best to make sure I recieved the car. Victor the finance manager also worked magic for me I'd recommend this dealer to my friends great job.

I found a certified pre owned model with 4000 miles on it listed on their site, I negotiated over the phone from out of state. They assured me the car was in outstanding condition, it only had 4000 miles and looked new. I bought an Acura RDX here in 2011 and it was the worst experience of my life. They make it very easy to buy a car ( no hassle , no problem on lowering the price ) but when you drive it away thats when the problems begin. I traded in my CPO 2007 RDX for a CPO 2010 Tech Packed RDX. I test drove the car everything was great. After I picked the vehicle up and started to drive it home my girlfriend...
