They took down one negative review, so here's another. Briefly: they do not answer phones (EVER), they do not call back as promised, they promise services they cannot deliver. AVOID them and save yourself extreme frustration and a bad headache!!!! You'll be glad you called another cleaning service. Their business practices are suspect.

After purchasing a two hour cleaning service through Groupon, I could not have been more frustrated and angry with the process of scheduling an appointment (which I had already purchased, by the way). No one ever answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call, and all inquiries go straight to an answering service.
