I paid for an inspection, the architect came to my house and told me that he would absolutely be able to get the certificate of occupancy in two months. Now over a year later he told me that the laws changed and when I asked him to show me the changes the city made in writing he said: %u201Cthe city doesn%u2019t put these changes in writing%u201D
