I called to get my freezer repaired. A nice woman explained to me what exactly was damaged with it and that it would cost a lot more to repair it then to just buy a new one. She also explained to me that the chemical that was released was toxic and advised us to not eat any of the food in the fridge for safety purposes.

I had the worst experience with this company. They promised to send a technician for repair several times who never showed up. No follow up. No return phone calls. They ordered the incorrect replacement parts. I strongly advise against using them.
