We called to set up business account and establish relations with AW Meyer as a vendor for their annual tool festival.  Unprofessional business practices, in particular Kevin Burkhardt needs training in proper telephone etiquette.  No way to conduct business accusing customers and becoming insolent over "not providing the owner's name" - JIM who told us to call and create an account.  Long Live...

Customer Service in non-existent! It seems that the store has gotten too big for its own good. I ordered a part for a Delta Lathe that had broken and paid in advance for it. At about 8 business days later I had not gotten a call and decided to stop by and see if it was in. The store was busy but it was not a mad house. Followup on Complaint

The company recognized the problem with their policy with tool repair and acknowledged that the OSHA statue was not applicable anymore.
They refunded the cost of repairs and the parts that were necessary to return the blowers to operation.
They took the extra step to carefully notify their repair customers in
advance if the tool or equipment could not be repaired, they would return it...

This company is an authorized Husqvarna Dealer and provides repair services according to the Husqvarna Web Site.
