Damaged Clothing

I brought a favorite dress with some red on it here to be cleaned. When they returned it to me, everywhere that had been red had turned bright pink. What was more disappointing than the ruining of the dress was that no one would take responsibility for the damage, or even apologize. I would not take anything I cared about here again.
