I schedule my deck to be powerwashed and sealed for mid May! He said no problem and he will call the night before they come. May came and went. I called in June and he said he didn't forget me. They will come next week. We are in the end of August. No call. It's there lost as I found someone else and got my gutters and house power washed and my concrete. I called the Colonel and it was all done in a day and then came back to seal it.
This is really a zero star review. I should have known when John came to give me the estimate and kept calling me honey. They came to powerwash and made a mess of my deck furniture with all of the dirt that splashed around. They didn't even get the green moss off of the wood. They destroyed a custom furniture cover - torn down the middle from end to end by yanking on it without seeing that there was a modular unit under it. Called John to tell him and he said he would come by to see and make it right. Never heard from him again. I had to hire another company to redo the job. Never use A & J Powerwashing.
i had a and j powerwashing come the begining of april very very professional and family man he did the job well and professionally i recommend them 100% im surprised to see these other reviews making this man out to be not nice and i didnt see this in him at all sorry
Owner takes your money for big expensive jobs but then strings you along and finds every excuse in the book to not come back if you have additional smaller jobs or problems. Lots of empty promises.

Sure, they have time to come right away and do the expensive $650 deck power wash job...but then conveniently find every excuse in the book to not come back, as promised, for some small smaller jobs like cleaning a gutter or staining a wood garden ornament. Had the power wash at beginning of May...been waiting ever since for the promised appointment to come back for the smaller jobs. It is now July 5th. Made numerous phone calls requesting the additional service for the smaller jobs, and got sweet talked every time by the owner JOHN, promising they would come as soon as possible, Oh, and he water blasted my door bell off and promised to reimburse me when he comes back for the smaller jobs....I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting.
