This guy screwed me over when I got lockedout of my car. It took him over an hour to get to me, not the 15 minutes he promised. Showed up in an unmarked car, then he charged me $185.00 to open my old ford van. I called this guy and he hung up on me then when I called back he was rude as can be and told be he cant do the lock and then once again hung up on me. This guy has no people skills what so ever it sounded like he had better stuff to do then get my business. He should get negative stars
