They are your best friend until you sign on the line. Service/parts department are crap, and when I sent a letter to the owner about bad service in the parts department, it/I was ignored.
take the extra time and head out to Fink's in Zanesville...they will treat you right time after time.
Was in there the other day to get information and possibly purchase a bike and we literally had to ask someone to please help us. We were treated as if we were invisible. Staff was very rude. Will never shop there again.
