showed tech problem. clothes washer spinning violently. tech opened panel. made call to someone. redistributed clothes. asked for $70.00 service charge for 15 mins. of advise. after discussion with mgr. paid full amt. against better judgement and received a hardy "" YOUR AN A--HOLE"" upon departure. WOW what a company.

I spent $1400 two months ago to fix my sub zero refrigrerator. It is broken again same problem and they have no waranttee coverage. They will come out and charge you again! Put it on your don't use list!

Called to have service on our dryer. The guy was very rude, basically said I was stupid for trying to fix myself - said just to let the experts take care of it. I agreed to have them come out - he said they'd be here by 8:00 at the latest. At 9:30 pm, the phone rings. Did not answer as it was so late. The guy calls back in the morning and says, hey we tried to come out last night, but you wouldn't answer the phone. I said yeah because it was 9:30pm and you said you'd be here before 8:00. He then said it was my fault because they tried to come out. He then asked if I still wanted them to...
