I enjoyed staying in this hotel while being in New York. The only thing I would say is that you guys need to upgrade on room expectation.

On arrival, the hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and the room was easy to find. The decor of the lounge area and bedroom were beautiful - it felt warming and cosy yet stylish. I enjoyed my 30th birthday there and the concierge Kevin was extremely helpful, friendly and is highly knowledgable! The location was ideal, and only a few minutes walk away...
Everyone at the hotel was very nice. From the door men, to concierge, to reservations.Loved the wine happy hour from 5-6.The only thing I didnt care for was the bathroom looked a little dated with the peeling wall paper(I saw a few placed in the hall that were peeling too). The water pressure was also terrible, not sure if that is a nyc thing or just this hotel.But I would definately stay here...
