I recently moved to the area. Customer service isn't the best. The Korean lady that stands at the counter is not very friendly, but she's quick. They do an average job with shirts, a little too much starch for my taste. My suits, though, don't have a "fresh dry cleaned" aura afterwards, but hey, at least they are clean.Prices are moderate, though …

We used to be a loyal patron of this place...well, simply because it's conveniently located next to the subway station. For a while, we managed to put up with the unreliable and somewhat arrogant people here. BUT after our last incident with the service (ruined shirts) and the staff's attitude (no apology, but instead a grumpy "shrug"), we decided it was time for us to move on...to the next block.
