They are honest and prompt. Joe, the owner, is also quite funny. I have been going to this shop for years now. 1811 has serviced my various cars from a BMW to a Toyota to an old Ford pickup....

For someone who has an old beaten up car, this place is god sent. They are honest and fast. They don't try to up sale nor rip you off. One time I dropped off my car a day before a snow storm....
