I have never been more upset and frustrated because of them. Maintenance is absolutely useless and the people from the office are very rude and not helpful. I had 4 floods in my apartment so far; a mixture of mud and water coming out from shower and toilet bowl during heavy rains. This is very unsanitary. Problems encountered by different colleagues or I: Lack of heat. Floods in the bathroom with mud. I have pictures. Rat found in the sink at 2 apt. Maintenance unreachable. Poor isolation of walls. Loud banging noises from my heater that would wake me up every 2-3 hours (3am, 5am...). I had to take sleeping pills. PLEASE DISREGARD REVIEWS OVER 2 STARS MOST LIKELY DONE BY GOLDFARB MANAGEMENT. Lets Start by NO HEAT, NO HEAT! Building is a beautiful ice box. Building management is the worst. Pros: B/D train station is steps away.Luxury Appliances. Cons:Walls are PAPER THIN! Be prepared to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. The building is only wired with DirecTV.
