Absolutely terrible, Fell apart, Didn't support!

Absolutely Terrible! They got us to step up to their top of the line Carpet One carpet, all guaranteed not to stain for 10 years... then it totally delaminated throughout the house, completely fell apart. They tried to blame water in a dry area with no plumbing, while ignoring that the entire lot fell apart everywhere. They didn't stand behind it in the slightest, just blamed the mill as too big to care took zero care of us, so we just have to replace it. I warn everybody to stay far away from these guys!!!
