I went on account of a coupon offer for a cleaning, before I saw the dentist I was taken into a closed room with some "greeter" lady named Sida, where she asked me questions about my teeth and history. From there on out I felt as if I had entered the car dealership of dentist's offices. Everything put in front of me was a sales pitch, from an electric toothbrush to expensive unnecessary procedures. Sida, appears to be more of a sales closer than a "greeter". Dr. Zipfel tried to make me believe I had gum disease, which didn't add up with my hygiene habits and previous dentist's visits. They refused to just give me the cleaning and said that they needed to do a special treatment for my "gingevitus" that would cost $450. Six times more expensive than the coupon I had. It was a classic bait and switch. So I refused the services, which they wanted to preform right then and there, and went somewhere else. The other dentist confirmed my suspicion after a complete exam and cleaning. He complimented me on my great oral hygiene and happily stated that my entire mouth, including my gums, were very healthy. Dr. Zipfel's office uses your need to be healthy against you so they can sap you for all you're worth! Don't Be Scammed!
I have been going to Zipfel Dental Care for about three months now. My initial experience with Dr. Zipfel and her staff was very nice. I was nervous to go to the dentist and they made me feel very calm. I needed quite a bit of dental work and was concerned about cost and time.
Sita, the Office Manager, was able to get me set up with a payment plan that fit my budget. I have now completed all of my dental work with them in only a few visits.
I would recommend anybody go to Dr. Zipfel's office. You will find caring individuals and a dental home for life.
My name is Rhonda and this is my happy story of going to Zipfel Dental care. 34 years ago I broke my front tooth. I had it fixed a couple of times during the years. About a month ago I broke that front tooth again and my other front tooth biting down on lunch. I called the Zipfel Dental Clinic and Sita was so kind and did everything in her power to help me get financing to get the repairs done that I needed. Today I went in and had my permanent crowns put in and my teeth cleaned and I couldn't be happier. My teeth are beautiful. Today was the first time in 34 years that I have been able to eat an apple without cutting it up and I am so happy that I could burst. I am telling everyone I know to go to Dr Jennifer, she is an awesome dentist! Everyone at the clinic are truly amazing people. From the second you walk in, you are very welcomed and when you leave they are just as wonderful. I never liked going to the dentist until now. I want to thank everyone at Zipfel Dental front the bottom of my heart and I want to convey to others that they should be excited to go to this unique office!
Oh holy crap am I glad I checked the reviews......they only confirmed my suspicions. I went in to see about 2 implants. They wanted to charge me $8100.00!!!! I got a second opinion and it was 2000.00 less, that included a cat scan to make sure I got the absolute right implants. And YES, they totally push the Scientology. I don't care what religion a person is, I have muslim, mormon, all kinds of friends. But for crying out loud, don't be pushing it in the dental office, you should be pushing thinks like Invisalign and Colgate.

I love my dentist! I started Invisalign almost a year ago with Dr. Zipfel and within 2 months my jaw pain and headaches gone! I've dealt with jaw problems and pain for over 15 years and now it is all gone!

Dr Zipfel and her wonderful staff have given me a new lease on life. I had almost given up on ever being able to smile again or eat the foods I love. Words cannot express my appreciation to Dr Zipfel for the caring, concern and professionalism shown me by herself and staff. They have truly changed my life! I don't generally write reviews, but I wanted to let others know that this office is the real deal. They care.
