Zimmerman's Roofing

. Roof done 7 years ago with a 20 year warranty. Now they sold the company, but kept the name, but not the warranties. Now there are leaks everywhere.

I would absolutely NEVER recommend Zimmerman Roofing. After a full roof replacement ..3 years later we had a leak into my son's room. It ruined his hardwood flooring and ceiling. When I called them and explained what happened, they didn't offer to come out til 2 weeks out!!! So now, 3 months later...they will not return my phone calls( and i have left multiple to the owner) they have done...

We requested estimates from several area roofing companies and Zimmerman's was the first to respond within just a few days. The others either took over a week, or didn't show up as scheduled. Their rep was thorough, followed through as promised, and answered all our questions. The work crew was prompt, respectful of our property, and efficient.
