Beware if you leave your ring for repairs!! They have to send it out to a Jeweler and it can take up to 3 weeks when they promise you only 10 days! I am beyond disappointed with them. I bought a customized gemstone necklace for my Mom online. It arrived to me missing a gemstone.. I was really worried because I had to ship it out in time for Xmas.. This Zales location was truly concerned about my issue, even though I didn't buy the product there. They had the item fixed and Overnighted it to make it in time for Christmas.. Exceptional customer service.
