i dropped off my ring because a tiny diamond fell out about 3 weeks ago. my gf goes in to pick it up and its the wrong ring!! the lady at the counter called the jeweler and it was obvious that he didnt know where it was at. He said he would call back but never did. the people who work behind the counter …

I wish I had read this review before I went to this store to replace my wedding ring. DO not go here!!! Do not let them take your rings!!!! Or even size your fingers. I found them incompetent and they send the rings to an off-site jeweler. Sketchy if you ask me. Go to a real jeweler, like Kings on Third Ave. I wish I had!
