I used this company to do carpet cleaning on 6/13/09. Few hours after the guy left, I notice an area of my carpet that didn't have stains before showed a wide area brownish spots. I initially called the technician to come back - he refused by saying he works in N Phx (I am in Ahwatukee), then by pushing back to his employer ZZZ Best. They showed up 1 hour late. That's an hour after their 3 hour window. Tried to up sell me after telling me a price on the phone. I told the guy that I wanted to call about the price and about him being late, so he went out to his truck. I couldn't get them on the phone so I decided to bite the bullet and pay the extra money just because I had company coming the next day... then he comes back to...

We made an appointment a month in advance to have no one show the day of. When we called, we were told someone would be out the next day, only to STILL have no one show. When I called AGAIN, I was told that too many people called in sick and they were short handed. I was apalled that I wasted 2 whole days with no show and no phone call.
