The homeless population at this gym has been ever increasing over the past year. I have been going to this gym for about 8 years. It has been great being a member here. I see alot of people come and go and move on to better gyms. They not so long ago got rid of the towel service which is really bad. Wish they had more selection on machines to use. Other than that the 5pm Spin class Tuesday-Thursday is the best.

This is only regarding the Pool: Cons - 30 minute time limit per swimmer if it's busy, though it's always busy. Pool length is only 20 meters so its tougher to keep track of distance. Only 3 lanes are available because it's a small pool.
