I love the Ashford Dunwoody Y! I go at least 4 days a week. I regularly use the childcare, group exercise classes, cardio and weight areas, and women's locker room. I love it all. There are a variety of great classes (including difficult ones that I like) and my children absolutely love the attentive, caring childcare workers. Thanks for being such a big and important part of my family's life!

The YMCA provides recreational activities for residents in the Brookhaven and Dunwoody areas. This is a very lage facility with plenty of parking available for members and guests. Activities and services provided by the YMCA include swimming, racquetball, a fitness center with free weights and exercise equipment, a nursery, an outside playground, basketball and aerobics.
