If I could give -10 I would. This company refused to deliver my residential goods up a road where dumpsters and container trucks have gone. Instead, they are now charging me hundreds of dollars to access my goods from their terminal. Abismal, inexcuseable behavior - and I have never seen worse. DONT USE YRC for ANYTHING residential - EVER.
