My experience with yellow cab out of downtown Sacramento was great. They were very helpful over the phone both times I called (once for rates and once to schedule) and my driver was right on time....

I called for a customer and they told me they were too busy to come. Really on a wed night they were Too busy, this is Not good customer service. I will recommend to ALL my customer to use Lyft...

Unreliable! Scheduled a pick up hours prior but they were still late. They didn't even call to let me know. Wasted of time. Had to cancel and use another service.
