This place can't be taken seriously. The staff is beyond rude and one of the instructors was throwing a fit at another adult in front of children. It's very unprofessional.

Useless - even after years of training

As a workout, sure it will make you sweat, but be warned that the static stances won't help you lose any weight. In fact, I split a few pairs of pants because my legs got a bit bigger. Also, I didn't learn any practical applications. The sifu doesn't know how to actually use any techniques realistically; his fighting applications fall short of logical. The teacher thinks everyone should give him respect, which means unquestioning following, but, in return, he doesn't treat other people with respect.
