Run down & Unsanitary Mess

Park has standing water in park regularly, roads are third-world, docks are in disrepair. We paid for an entire month & left early. Staff was unwilling to pro-rate our stay so we took the loss & headed to another lical park also on the water (North Coast). Yacht Haven appears to be making no effort to clean up their facility & is in a state of decay.
