This school is mostly a self study from the books we receive and a few initial lecture. We are always short on supplies or are out completely of several of them. We are not on track with the program. Program is mostly for high schools students, not grown adults Our kits are a joke, and we get information for 5 minutes on every new treatment and no supporting material You can get yelled at by an Educator, bullied by several students, buy many supplies that were not covered in 10,000 tuition. Plus anytime there are questions no one can answer until tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes...LOL.
I have to tell you both as a Student and Consumer that you will experience the very best at Xenon. The education department is professional and caring, The staff is creative and trustworthy, too!\r

After reading reviews I was nervous about trying this salon but I just decided to try it out. It was the best experience I have ever had at a salon. When I go to Salons the beauticians listen to what I say then don't ask how I like it as they starting cutting my hair. At Xenon my stylist continued to ask what I wanted if I liked It and whether there was anything else he could do. They explained why I couldn't do something due to the fact the way my hair was colored in the past. It was the greatest experience I will go there from now on. They were friendly and very willing to work with you.
