My apartment complex is located in cobb parkway se in smyrna ga. The location is perfect for my entire family. My son's school is located close by. To cut long story short, i really love this leaving place. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to stay forever in a place i love for free.

Everything about this complex is VERY old. Roaches are everywhere! Inside the walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, EVEN in the REFRIGERATOR!!!! The previous management were, if I can pronounce right Hammond, but now it's Simple Better Homes. Simple Better is only doing cosmetic fix on the outside...to appeal to more costumes. And since, they are located near the new Braves...
