The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite, knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Wurstkuche Restaurant Review

Gourmet and exotic grilled sausages can be found at Wurstküche, opened by cousins Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson. Pitruzzelli, a designer by trade, has created an edgy industrial space that fits in with the neighborhood, the gradually transforming Toy District. Line up and order grilled sausages featuring combinations like buffalo with chipotle; rattlesnake with jalapeño; rabbit, veal and...

Wurstkuche (pronounced "VURST koo kah") serves a variety of traditional, gourmet, and veggie sausages on a bun. For the spiciest hot dog you'll ever eat try the Louisiana Hot Link with spicy peppers, chipotle ketchup, and spicy mustard. Then wash it down with a cold Saint Feuillien farm house ale or any of their impressive German and Belgian beers on tap. If you're feeling adventurous try the crocodile and pork sausage or the rabbit and veal sausage.

It's always way too crowded, but Wurstkuche delivers with succulent sausages, Belgian fries and a satisfying beer selection.

Exotic grilled sausages: Rabbit, crocodile, duck, buffalo. Must get Belgian fries and a beer with your sausage.

Great hot dogs, cool place. I always bring people here when they visit LA, because it's so darn good.

Gotta love those weiners

The staff is always very friendly, and the food is absolutely to die for! Get there early on a weekend though - it gets busy in there fast! I've waited in lines out the door before!

if you are in downtown LA this is a must for lunch, this neighborhood has had some massive redevelopment recently and with has come a lot of cool companies. Many of these people eat here and its a buzzing lunch with great sausages and what I think are the best fries ever. no plates, community tables and great mustard/Ketchup keep...

Sausage & Beer...how can you go wrong

The line can be long to order, but they are usually offering to get beer while you wait. Excellent selection of sausages from adventurous to basic. Sauces and fries are good, too. Beer choices are great!

If you are downtown and need a quick bite that is good a bit adventuresome and sure, I'll say it, "hip" although I don't like using that word ...then go here. It is in the arts district. I usually order the managable dog...meaning simple. But even simple has a special zing. I have had friends order the snake or something...

Sausage spot for both omnivores & vegetarian alike. Order something exotic (rattlesnake) or spicy (Italian) with a side of Belgian fries.

This place is a delicious sausage fest in every sense of the word! (Get your head out of the gutter..)

Sausages, Sausages and more Belgium fries... little tip, get yourself a carousel of beer!

One of my favorite cheap-eats go-to. The sausages are awesome as are the fries.

It's always way too crowded, but Wurstkuche delivers with succulent sausages, Belgian fries and a satisfying beer selection.
