We needed an inspection prior to purchasing a property, and we researched several inspectors. Daren had excellent rates, and even more impressive, was his inspection expertise, which included the ability to perform additional inspections like lead paint and mold if needed. Both of those were big concerns of ours, so it was great to be able to have them done all at once and save even more. In the end, we decided not to do the mold inspection, but we were so happy to have that option. Wright Inspections did a very thorough inspection of my new home. I could not believe there were that many things to look at in a home. He walked me around with the thermal image camera and showed me what could be fixed to make the home more efficient. He even researched the home before the inspection to see if there were permits for the addition. Thanks for all your help

A very thorough inspection. Wright Inspections has a wealth of building knowledge and all the right tools to do an excellent job. With the thermal imaging camera he Daren found leaks in the tile shower and missing insulation in the walls! He crawls through the attic and on the roof! I will call Wright inspections again for the next one.
