Cliff was very accommodating, reworking his schedule for my service call. He identified and addressed numerous issues with the heat pump that could account for a tripped circuit breaker and got the A/C back up and running in short order. The business called me within 24 hours, followed up on the appointment time, showed up as scheduled, and was able to fix the problem in under 2 hours. Mr. Wright explained what was wrong with the furnace, showed me the defective part, and showed me the new part before installing it. I would recommend/call back this company.
