Had these ladies install tracking for string curtains I bought in Europe.....love them!! They went above & beyond by fixing the curtains to hang better, putting tracking on bay window, valances & blinds. Their vision was better than mine & they look great! Have had several compliments

The first and last time I visited this store, I was greeted by a female sales associate who did not ask me how she could help me but (rudely) asked who I was! I told her that I just had a couple of questions and she said ""not today""! Then she proceded to go to the counter to wait on the person who came in after I did and helped her instead. I'm still amazed at her rudeness! So, I headed for the door and on my way out she said she was only joking. Do you think she gave me a good first impression? I'll never go into that store again or refer business to them. Considering the line of work...
