I have lived at Worthington since June 2014 and can't say I've enjoyed living here. For starters, the staff was TERRIBLE so I'm glad to see they've been replaced. Instead of taking you to your the facility, they would hand you the keys and tell you how to locate the apartment you're interested in from a map. One girl had no clue what she was doing. I moved here about a two years ago and although I don't regret it, I wish I had chosen somewhere else. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I often get woken up at night due to foot traffic and people knocking on neighbors doors and dogs barking. Morgan Management took over late 2012 and the community has steadily been declining. Management, office staff, and maintenance staff seem unconcerned, impersonal, and somewhat incompetent.
