I cancelled my account with WorldPay back in 2013 and they continued to charge my over $100 per month for service fees that I did not deserve. I called them to ask them to refund the charges and they refused, saying that I still had an account. My small business (1 person coffee cafe) signed a Merchant Services Processing contract with WorldPay (division of Citizens Bank) in June of 2014.  The Sales person showed and documented in the sales material that I would only be occurring fees of ($22.49) along with my small percentage on each Credit or Debit transaction.  A the next month I was hit with multiple undisclosed transaction fees...

they were charging me $17/month, now it's $49/month even though I haven't had any transactions in either situation. I called to complain, it got me NOWHERE! Thanks for you help WorldPay, and I will be cancelling and paying your early termination fee of $195.00 after being with you for 18 months, hahahahahaha

Ive also had problems trying to cancel my account. Ive been trying to cancel this account for over 5 years and its always something different. My most recent attempt,  I sent the 90 day notice then because I didnt call excactly 30 days before my contract ended, they automatically renewed it another year.
