My worst transaction of 2012--by a mile. I amazed by the unprofessionalism and sub-par service from the Roch Hills store in a World of Competition. I have been in sales/service for 30 years and have no comprehension as to how a business can succeed with such poor performance. Especially when we were told there's such a "low profit margin in carpet sales
