There was a clerical error at my school and WES claims I am a forger. I got letters from the school and new transcript with explanations and they still refuse to do their job.There is no process for appeal but the directors whim.Now I can't get advanced education because of these lazy disorganized people????So now they rob my money and my future!!!How are they still in business this way!?

They have bad customer service. I had a horrible experience with them. They are a nightmare to deal with and they charge you for everything! A copy for the customer, mail and even to seal the envelop!!! Really?? I wish I could report them to some authority .

They required the original documents to be sent to them through my university. From my experience, my university does not respond to the evaluation offices. So I sent the original certificates, transcripts and the original English translations that I got issued before I immigrate to US to the university to return them back to WES. The university sent them to WES but as WES claimed the envelope...
