These are the worst apartments! Maintenance doesn't fix or repair anything and the the Leasing staff there is horrible. In particular Austin. I applied online for an apartment at $790 but when I go into do the Lease paperwork it's magically been changed to $1,020. I moved to this supposedly "fully renovated" two bedroom unit on the 26 of March. I returned an inspection sheet indicating issues needed to be addressed. However no one would care to fix my issues so I had to go to the office almost everyday for the first few days just to get only two things to be fixed shower rod and bathroom door secure lock. Apartment flooded... Nobody even called me, manager lied to my face and said they did, basically called me a liar. The maintenance crew does nothing but bandage anything that is broken, IF they even do that much. This apartment has a decent location, since it's not too far from downtown, Cherry Creek, and light rail stations.
