I love this library! It is so quaint, and yes smaller than most of the San Jose libraries I am used to, but it is right by my kids school so sometimes I will stop by and just read my own book...

Quaint library off the busy "Foothill Expressway". Too bad my Mountain View Library card expired because now they charge $80/year (effective since 2011) if you are outside the region/county. Boo..

This place is great! Neighborhood libraries are awesome, we need more of them.Yes, it's small. Yet, it has limited hours. But it's there and has a really friendly feel... not the uptight...

Woodland Library is a small branch serving the southern part of Los Altos, and is part of the Santa Clara County Library system. The 4,600-square-foot branch provides an alternative to the bustling library in downtown Los Altos, and feels pocket-sized in comparison. While that may be a drawback for some, Woodland has the feel of an intimate neighborhood spot.
