When calling the office for an appointment or to speak with a nurse the wait time is long - about 25 minutes long and sometimes you don't get through at all. This has been going on for a few years now, sad that this hasn't changed. The doctors and nurses are great and friendly; staff not so friendly.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
