I had a terrible experience with Wolf Camera. I bought a camera and 2 weeks later to the day, the lens stuck and it would not fully open. Grant, the store manager, was completely unhelpful. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Grant, the store manager could not have been more unhelpful. I bought a camera there and 2 weeks later the lens stuck and it would not fully open. Inside of taking it back, he stated that all he could do was send it away for 6 weeks and see if it could be fixed. Since I bought the camera for the upcoming arrival of a baby, I could not go 6 weeks without a camera. He said, well if you have to buy another one anyway you may as well send this one in too. I would never take my business there again.

My wife is having a baby in less than a month.  You can imagine how happy she was when a family member bought her a nice camera to take pictures of the baby when it came.  We took the kids to the zoo this last Saturday, and the shudders on the camera did not open and shut correctly.  My wife took the camera back to Wolf Camera, where it was purchased, and spoke to a representative named Grant. ...
