I asked them what if an intruder had tampered with the wire, I am paying for security, if they cannot protect me then it defeats the purpose. They had no answer and kept transferring me to different department and kept dropping the calls, Finally, a supervisor came and listen to the situation and said he will get back to me. Nothing till today, that is several weeks ago.
