I've moved into a nightmare. Since the day of signing the lease there has been hidden fees, hidden maintenance issues like no heat until December. The office staff is incompetent partially the fault of the lying incompetent office manager who is more concerned about her eyeless dog than issues of the tenants. There has been burglary to cars, shooting, noise nuisance, illegal drug trafficking...

My sanctuary

I like my apartment since it is a little secluded and it faces West. My plants loves that sun it gets all day long. The awesome part is we hardly ever get alot of snow or rain inside of our balcony. I sure do enjoy that morning dew and sunrise. It's so very beautiful. I am very amazed on how very quiet and peaceful it is since its so close to the main office. This is my sanctuary.

I've lived at Windridge for three years. The best thing about it is the price. You get a lot of space for a less money. I also enjoy how there's always plenty of parking, and my guests never have an issue with getting towed. What I don't enjoy are the amenities. For instance, my air conditioning has never worked, even though I put in several maintenance requests. My "energy efficient" washer...
