Dr. Flanagan has often failed to provide a diagnosis and does not do a good job of managing my health care. For example, I have been to see him several times for a specific medical problem, and yet he has never examined me in all of those visits (therefore, I never was treated). My previous primary care doctor would have had me put on a gown and would have done an examination on the first visit...
