Very courteous, very professional. The two times I have come to their office, I literally only waited a minute. They are very punctual, which is awesome. I had a root canal performed, and what can I say, these procedures aren't going to be pleasant. However, it most certainly helps when there is no pain involved and you've got a dentist who knows what he's doing. The assistant and the front desk are also super polite and kind.
I have no qualms in going back to Williamsburg Smile for any future treatments and check-ups and I most certainly will not hesitate in recommending them to others...
Had an implant crown come off on a Sunday. I was temporarily in Williamsburg; my dentist is 1300 miles away. I called Williamsburg Smile Design at 1030 Monday morning, they gave me a 1230 Monday appointment and I was on my way by 1. Hope I never need to use them again, but if I need more dentistry in Williamsburg, or anyone asks me for a recommendation, Williamsburg Smile Design would be my first choice. Accommodating and professional.
