My husband and I eat Herr often. We love it. You get a lot of food for your money. The service is great! We recommend Williams

The service is HORRIBLE! & The food is way over priced for the quality of it. Even when you call to place an order they are rude over the phone, like I'm wasting their time or something!

My boyfriend and I went there tonight and I ordered. Steak dinner and it was the worst steak I have ever eaten it was greasy and rubbery. I have never tasted steak so nasty. Told the waitress and the check out girl and was totally ignored. I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend it either. Disgusting!!!!
